ADAPTIV Performance (“ADAPTIV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect through adaptiv-performance.com, our coaching application, client portal, communications, and related coaching services, and how we use and protect that information.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, age or date of birth, training experience, fitness goals, exercise preferences, schedule, equipment access, injury or limitation information, nutrition information, progress information, photos you choose to provide, messages with your coach, portal account information, and transaction or subscription information.
We may also collect technical information such as device and browser type, IP address, and website usage data.
2. Health and Fitness Information
You may voluntarily provide injury, health-history, physical-limitation, medication, nutrition, or similar information so coaching can be customized more safely. We use this information for coaching, safety, program customization, and communication. ADAPTIV Performance is a fitness and performance coaching service and is not a medical provider.
3. How We Use Information
- Create and deliver customized training and, where included, nutrition guidance.
- Manage coaching, check-ins, messaging, progress tracking, and the client portal.
- Process purchases and subscriptions and maintain transaction records.
- Respond to support requests and send service-related communications.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Those providers process payment information under their own privacy and security practices. ADAPTIV does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.
5. Service Providers
We may use service providers for payment processing, website hosting, database and cloud storage, authentication, client-portal functionality, email, communications, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. They may receive information necessary to perform services for us.
6. Sale of Personal Information
ADAPTIV Performance does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. If our practices change in a way that creates additional legal obligations, we will update this policy.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain website functionality, understand site usage, improve performance, and measure marketing effectiveness. Browser or device settings may allow you to manage cookies.
8. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Services are intended primarily for adults. Individuals under 18 may participate only with appropriate parent or legal-guardian consent and authorization. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
