REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ADAPTIV Performance wants billing and cancellation terms to be straightforward.

Recurring Coaching Memberships

Recurring memberships renew at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel at any time using the online cancellation method provided through your account or payment service, or through another cancellation method made available by ADAPTIV Performance.

Cancellation applies to future billing periods. After cancellation, access generally continues through the remainder of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Because coaching services involve coach time, personalized programming, digital access, and individualized work, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable coaching period has begun or personalized work has been provided. ADAPTIV generally does not provide prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

One-Time Customized Programs

Customized workout programs or individually prepared digital services are generally non-refundable once ADAPTIV has begun creating or delivering the personalized program. If ADAPTIV is unable to provide a purchased service, an appropriate refund or other resolution will be provided.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same transaction, email oscar@adaptiv-performance.com so the transaction can be reviewed.
